on the fence on this item-- like the locking base and the way the main cylinder locks in and releases-- find the screw nut to the tumbler takes multi retightening times and the screw tumbler tends to jam at times even doing cabbage with the cheese grater-- the unit appears a but stronger handle wise compared to another grater i just bought and while it is nice to have the wider input throat one has to constantly look at the directional arrow to make sure the plunger is not put in wrong which could have the blades cut some of the plastic which would end up in whatever one is cutting.

I love my new food processor. This thing is so easy to use so easy to clean. I would highly recommend anybody to go and get it. I had a couple other different shredders that were always a danger to my fingers. But this thing is so simple I’ve thrown the other ones out.

It works up to all my expectations.

Works ok. The plastic handle flexes a lot under load. The vacuum base needs flat glass to stick well.

Very easy to use, clean and take apart and put back together. Seems to be great quality as we have only had it for a few weeks. We have like everything we have used it for so far. Overall great product.

We wish the booklet that was included would indicate what the blades did & wish the writing was a bit larger😉. we used YouTube for explanations & instructions. Other than that, love it; especially how easy it is to use & clean. Thanks, Milli Seltzer

Wonderfully designed. Easy to figure out without step-by-step instructions for assembly/disassembly. I have yet to use it, but it looks to be workable. My grater's 'vacuum' connection to my counter DID cease to exist over time, but unsure if it was due to lack of a bit of moisture (which can help in some cases), or the fact I locked it in dry, and walked away for 1/2 an hour or so.

Feels like cheap plastic. Bad price for the product. Could have atleast had more shredding options.

Love it, works great, cleans easily and blades change out easily. Nothing like the cheap knock off that I had before that didn't stick to the counter and was cheap, soft plastic that broke after 2 uses.

Loooove easy to use and clean

Last month, I bought this grater in white and was thrilled to use it. I carefully removed everything from the box to ensure nothing was missing and to get familiar with it. However, when I tried to shred potatoes, the handle kept snapping off every time I tried to grate them. Also, as I watched several videos, I noticed that this was supposed to be a screw-on handle. The one I saw in green and violet were both screw handles, but the device that arrived to me in white is snap-on. There was no mention in the description that the white handle was snap-on, which is something I didn’t want. I specifically wanted a screw-on handle, so I thought the videos were a bit misleading. Overall, I’m not happy with the product. It doesn’t stay suctioned to the counter, the clear base doesn’t stay locked in place, and of course, my handle keeps snapping off, making it unusable.
